Mr. Bin Zhao serves as General of the Industrial Services in TÜV Rheinland Group Greater China since Jan.  2015.

From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Bin Zhao first started as a software and hardware design engineer for switching power supply. Since 2003, Mr. Bin Zhao started his career in TÜV Rheinland Group and acted as electrical safety engineer, lab manager, quality representative, senior manager, vice general manager, General Manager. He joined the functional safety training in Germany in 2008 and start functional safety business in Greater China.

Mr. Bin Zhao studied Electronic and machinery engineering at Beijing Information Technology University. As for technical qualification, Mr. Bin Zhao is the first functional safety reviewer outside of Germany. He is the technical certifier of IT, audio and video equipment, lab equipment and control equipment. He has rich experience in functional safety, security and electrical safety, environmental test and quality management… He is also a member of China functional safety Standard Committee.
